About The Blush Bar Policy

Please read carefully the following conditions prior to booking an appointment. By calling, scheduling appointment ONLINE, or in studio, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and accept these terms and conditions stated in ’The Blush Bar’ policies.

Cancelation Policy

Please keep in mind that each appointment time is reserved and personalized especially for you. Cancellations may done by calling directly or e-mailing. Keep in mind all cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.​
 

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment must be done 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Missed appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of scheduled service(s).

  • Failure to provide notification 48 hours prior to appointment time, will result in a 50% fee of scheduled service(s).

  • Failure to provide notification 24 hours prior to appointment time, will result in a 100% fee of scheduled service(s).

  • Failure to show will be charged a “No Show” fee of  100% of  scheduled service(s).

 

Repeated Missed/Canceled Appointments
The Blush Bar studio reserves the right to collect a 100% non-refundable charge of total services in order to secure future appointments.

Discharge of Practice

  • Repeated missed appointments and/or poor client behavior may result in discharge of practice.

  • Failure to provide proper payment of services or no shows fees will result in discharge of practice.

Arriving To Your Appointment

Be sure to make all necessary arrangement for child care prior to your appointment. Keep in mind you are here to relax and unwind!

Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. This allows for you to fill out any necessary paperwork for your following treatment. Additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment, as we will need to stay on schedule for following appointments.

Studio Promotions

Studio specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or gift certificates.

Refund and Return Policy

All services are final. No refunds are available for preformed services. If there has been a concern, I am happy to hear how it is i can further help better your experience. It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. All products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. Refunds can not be fulfilled on any products sold due to personal hygiene, health, and safety reasons. If there is a fault in the product, you may bring in product to be sent back to the manufacturer for review (only applicable within 14 days of purchase).

Refund can be given as store credit to be used on products or service once faulty product has been cleared by manufacturer.

Important Notice

Any reactions to products is not foreseeable by ‘The Blush Bar’ skilled and trained Esthetician.  All care is taken to ensure your safety.  Client intake form will be reviewed with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. It is very important to filled out our forms to the best of your ability. I kindly ask that you contact me immediately if you become aware of any redness, irritation, and tightness. Please contact me if you are experiencing any possible negative reaction to products  within 24hrs of your initial appointment so I may assist you as quickly as possible. Be prepared to send photos.

Valuables

You may be asked to remove jewelry for the benefit of the treatment. However, The Blush Bar' does not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items. It is encouraged to leave jewelry at home for treatment days.

You are hereby advised to seek advice from your doctor before undergoing any treatment by ‘The Blush Bar’ studio. ‘The Blush Bar’ may also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, listed contraindications for services or as deemed necessary. The client also has the right to stop the treatments at any time. ‘The Blush Bar’ assumes no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury.
